This application process will provide online instructions for each section of the form. Before you begin please make sure you have one of the following:

• Your Annual Assessment Notice from the Assessor; or
• Your "Notice of Supplemental Assessment", "Notice of Enrollment of Escape Assessment", or "Calamity Reassessment Notice" from the Assessor; or
• Your bill from the Tax Collector
